Time for a Loopy Theory

Hear me out... After watching the Let Me In MV a countless number of times on 25% speed, I finally noticed something that was never all that hidden.  The members appear to be stuck in a time loop, with the events in each loop being similar, but slightly different than the previous loop.  The most obvious clue that this is happening has to do with the clothing each member wears. Several of the members have costume changes throughout the MV, but they don't all have them at the same time.  Let's analyze in detail!  (By the way, an alternative explanation to a time loop could be parallel universes.)

Each member has at lease one unique outfit.  I call the first look, the "packaged look."  It's what the members wear when they are under plastic, trapped in the display case and dancing in blue.  The second look I call the "explorer look." It's what the members wear when they are exploring the museum at night with flashlights.

Sunoo, Niki and Sunghoon maintain their same outfits through the MV.  Their "packaged" look doesn't differ from their "explorer" look.  Sunoo is wearing his color blocked short sleeve button up over a long sleeved white tee and his hyphen tie.  Niki is wearing his beret with a striped button up shirt.  Sunghoon is wearing a long sleeved button up that says "Vetements" across the back.  By the way, Vetements means "clothing" which is perhaps another clue that we should be examining the member's clothing more closely.  For the duration of the MV, every time we see these members dressed in blue, they are in their exact same outfits.

Next we have Jake and Heeseung; These two undergo only subtle costume changes.  Heeseung goes from wearing his blue button up with a tie to ditching the tie and opening his button up to reveal his tee shirt underneath as he explores the museum.  Jake is seen with his v-neck sweater vest when he's packaged up, but for exploring he goes without.  It appears that when he has the vest he's wearing a necklace, but he loses the necklace when he loses the sweater vest.  Note he appears to have two different necklaces including one with a lock and key.

Okay, now for some full costume changes.  Jungwon has two looks, the first is a straightforward striped button up and tie "packaged" look. For exploring he wears a white button up with blue sweater vest featuring a red flower.

Meanwhile, Jay also goes through a complete costume change.  He explores the museum wearing a gray hoodie with a blue shirt layered over it.  When he's "packaged", he has a different hoodie that is primarily white with blue and white striped patches.  From the behind photos posted on Naver, we can see there was also another look picked out for him as he poses in a striped button up with tie.

There's actually an interesting tie-in to the debut performance video. Once again, Sunoo, Niki and Sunghoon* are wearing the exact same outfits that they wear in the MV.

Jake and Heeseung wear slightly modified tops.  Heeseung has the same tee-shirt as he does in the MV, but the blue shirt layered over it is different than the one he wears in the MV.  Jake is wearing the same button up as the one he wears in the MV, but this time he's also wearing a tie.

And true to the pattern, Jay and Jungwon have completely different tops.   This time Jay has a new striped shirt layered over a white turtleneck and Jungwon has a layered shirt ensemble involving oddly puffy sleeves.

*Sunghoon's shirt does actually have one strange modification during the debut performance.  There seems to be times when the word "Vetements" on the back of his his shirt has been crossed out and times when it hasn't.

I realize that so far this is pretty week evidence for a time loop or parallel words, but I do believe there are also other clues which I will cover in a future post.

Have you noticed anything else interesting about Enhypen's costumes?  What about other clues pointing to a possible time loop?  Drop your comments below so we can work together!
